Introducing the new VoltHosting Wiki & AI Capability

At VoltHosting, we are always looking for new ways to improve your experience with us. Over the last few weeks, we have been working hard on upgrading our knowledge base and wiki.

We're proud to announce that the migration to the new wiki is complete! We have added a range of new guides to help you with your journey with VoltHosting, and we are planning to continue expanding our knowledge base over the coming weeks to cover even more topics and questions.

In addition to this, we have implemented the use of AI-powered assistance on our live chats which is trained on our knowledgebase, websites and other sources, to answer questions when a staff member isn't immediately available, such as outside of office hours or if a staff member takes a long time to respond to your question. This will allow you to still get a detailed answer, even if our support isn't available, whenever you need it. Don't worry, we will still be assigning support staff to every live chat, the AI-powered chatbot will only be used as a last resort if a human staff member is unavailable to help you.

We're open to feedback! If you have suggestions for new articles, improvements to existing content, or ideas on how we can enhance the AI experience, please reach out. We’re committed to making this knowledge base the best it can be.
