2025-12-23: Delayed response time, typically within 2-3 hours.
2025-12-24: Delayed response time, typically within 3-5 hours.
2025-12-25: Delayed response time, typically within 3-5 hours.
2025-12-26: Delayed response time, typically within 3-5 hours.
2025-12-27: Delayed response time, typically within 2-3 hours.
2025-12-28: Delayed response time, typically within 2-3 hours.
2025-12-29: Delayed response time, typically within 2-3 hours.
2025-12-30: Normal response time, typically within 1 hour.
2025-12-31: Delayed response time, typically within 2-3 hours. No non-critical support after 9pm GMT.
2026-01-01: Delayed response time, typically within 2-3 hours.
2026-01-02: Normal response time, typically within 1 hour.

Due to heightened demand on our support team and the fact that many of our support team are on holiday in December, we expect increased response times compared to previous years. Customers who have access to our emergency line, or who pay for premium or 24/7 support, are not affected.
