This is the end of another eventful year, thank you for continuing to show your support.

At VoltHosting, we have accomplished a lot this year.

  • We've improved our Wiki and Live chat to improve our customer support experience.
  • We've soft launched our Managed Services offerings (with a release to the public imminent!)
  • We celebrated our sixth anniversary.
  • Revamped our status page to make it easier for customers to be notified in advance of maintenance or outages. If you haven't already, sign up for notifications!
  • We've trained an LLM on our Wiki and internal support documents to provide a response to live chats if a human isn't available (such as out of hours).
  • We're at work developing a new website to vastly improve customer experience, making it easier than ever to use our services.
  • We revamped our Discord to make it easier to find the channels you need, get support, or talk to others!
